We have a lot of planned studies coming up, here is a taster of some of the topics we plan to explore:
- Wellbeing in those who deconstruct
- Building communities and friendships post-deconstruction
- Does deconstruction look different for those who are employed within Christian organisations, ministries or churches?
- Is there a common path people tend to take in deconstruction?
- What are the main reasons people deconstruct?
- How does deconstruction affect people’s political worldview.
There are many, many other areas we are planning to look at, honestly the issue is not coming up with ideas to study but time to do it! However if you have any great ideas on what we should research please send our researcher Phil Drysdale a DM on Instagram he’d love to hear them!
As things stand we only have the finances to do one large study and a few mini-studies a year. We would love to be able to do 3-4 larger studies a year but this would require increased support.
